Product Description

A curing tool made especially for the DTG (direct to garment) sector, the drawer oven is primarily used to dry and cure printed textiles, including canvas bags, T-shirts, and sweatshirts. It uses a tiered construction akin to a drawer, which increases the efficiency of mass production by processing numerous garments simultaneously. When it comes to temperature control, energy efficiency, and user-friendliness, the drawer oven outperforms conventional tunnel drying or handheld drying guns.

The drawer-type drying oven can put multiple pieces of clothing at one time (for example, a 5-layer drying oven can process 5 pieces at the same time), and the drying time only takes 2-5 minutes (depending on the fabric and ink type), which speeds up the entire production process by 3-5 times, especially suitable for batch orders.

DTG ink needs to be cured at the appropriate temperature to achieve the best adhesion. The uniform hot air circulation of the drawer oven ensures that the ink fully penetrates the fiber, making the pattern: more colorful, washable and soft to the touch.

Traditional drying methods (such as large drying tunnels) often consume a lot of electricity, while drawer-type drying ovens use a closed hot air circulation design, which has a higher thermal energy utilization rate.

One-button start: The device operates automatically without the need for extra supervision after the temperature and time have been selected. Adaptable to many textiles: Cotton, polyester, and mixed fabrics are among the materials for which drying settings can be changed.
